If you are facing tough times due to flood, fire, virus or employment challenges the lenders are here to help.

You can call or email the hardship team of your specific lender and request some assistance. Each lender does this slightly differently, you can request half payments, a suspension of payments or come to terms that suit. It is much better to be on the front foot if you anticipate problems and not let it go and become a significant issue.
