Thank you for the wonderful feedback regarding the Renovation for Profit and Property Investing for Women courses. The most overwhelming feedback has been the value for money of the course which has always been my intention. However many asked for access to my personal checklists and templates, so as promised I have attached below all the tools that I showed during the presentation and that I personally use to assist me in assessing properties and conducting renovations. Just in case you did not have a chance to jot down the basics as a bonus I have also included a quick review of the presentations and a few other things I think you might find interesting.
If you do appreciate this additional information I ask you let others know how much you enjoyed the course and refer them to also attend or to contact Investors Choice with their finance enquiries. If you know of someone who you think will enjoy the course please drop us a line at askus@investorschoice.com.au so we can let them know when the next course in their city will be taking place.
I will be adding to this page with any updated information I come across that I think is valuable so make sure you check back in periodically. If you find any issues with links or you are having trouble downloading please let me know.
