When you have down months of research on the right property and you find an undervalued gem the last thing you want is to loose the property because you are not ready with finance, inspections or quotes for work.

I have listed down a team of people I have used in Sydney.

I recommend only those who I know will value your custom, treat you well and provide good value for money – because they understand that my recommendation is difficult to come by and once given, it must be kept.
