You’ve outgrown your current loan, you’re after a better loan structure to suit your future plans, you want to fix some of your loan, you might just want to cut your repayments by sourcing a better deal or often our clients are planning on accessing equity to purchase a new property.

Refinancing services from Investors Choice Mortgages

We offer two services to suit clients looking for refinancing options. – our gold or diamond services. The cornerstone of our Gold and Diamond services is the long term lending strategy we design for you. We discuss your goals, what you are trying to achieve and we suggest which of our services might best meet your needs.

Please take note:

Refinancing can often be a time consuming process. Be prepared that if we do recommend you move lender then you will probably have a 6-9 week wait whilst that refinance takes place.

If you are thinking about accessing money soon then you might need to get started straight away. Be warned if you have cross-collaterised properties and you realise that this structure is limiting your future borrowing ability then releasing securities so they can stand alone can take up to six months.

This means that if you are thinking of having your loans reviewed, it is best to start sooner rather than later.
